Character Design- Rat the Villain

Here are my concept sketches for the Villain, a rat/ vulture-like pirate.  I didn't post my original concept sketches for his character because it looks too much like Captain Hook.  I had a lot of fun playing with rat and vulture poses then transforming it into something suitable for my character.

This is my final piece for Rat the Villain.  Being the villain I didn't want to make his actions to complicated, instead I played more with the design of his pose.  If I had more time it would be fun to push the pose even more because he's still a bit too stiff looking.
